About Me

I am an applied microeconomist working at the intersection of urban and labour economics. I am currently a Lecturer at the UCL Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction.

My research examines how housing policy shape economic activity, with a particular focus on social housing, rent control and local labour markets. I study how place-based policies affect workers, firms, and housing markets.

Methodologically, my work combines quasi-experimental research designs with large administrative and historical datasets, motivated by questions in urban economics, real estate, and public policy.

I received my PhD in Economics from Trinity College Dublin in 2024 and was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cologne. My CV can be found here.
